Samuel B. Scott is an experienced attorney who now focuses his practice on civil litigation. Mr. Scott has practiced throughout Maryland in the areas of complex civil litigation, felony and misdemeanor criminal matters, administrative law, property law, land use and zoning law, environmental and Maryland Department of Environment defense, and family law.

Education and Associations
Mr. Scott was admitted to practice law in Maryland in 2013 and in the United States District Court for the District of Maryland in 2014. He earned his undergraduate degree from Cornell University in 2009 where he majored in Industrial and Labor Relations and was a member of the Zeta Psi Fraternity. He went on to earn his Juris Doctorate from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 2013. While in law school, Mr. Scott was Captain of the J. Braxton Craven Memorial Moot Court Team. During law school and before joining Christian, Ashin & Brown, Mr. Scott practiced in Calvert County and was an law clerk for the Office of the Public Defender in Towson, Maryland. Mr. Scott also completed an internship with the Honorable Alexander Wright, Jr. at the Maryland Court of Special Appeals.
